There have been many dragon myths and legends throughout the past. Today's dragon stories range from trips to outer space, to philosophical quests for truth, to what ever you can imagine.

It is believed that the oriental dragons and chinese dragons originated from China. The 'lung' have five toes while the Korean Dragons have four toes and the Japanese Dragons have three toes only.

The term dragon has no zoological meaning, but it has been applied in the Latin generic name Draco to a number of species of small lizards found in the Indo-Malayan region.
